One chair, one client, no rush.
Every appointment starts with a short conversation about how you wear your hair and how often you come in. From there it's clippers, scissors and a straight-razor neck finish, at a pace that leaves room to get it right.
Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is open. A requested time is the more reliable way in.

First visit
Bring a photo
A picture of a cut you like, or one you didn't, is the fastest way to agree on length.
Arrive a few minutes early
Example policy: each booking holds the full service time listed on the menu, plus a short gap before the next client. If you're running more than 10 minutes late, the shop may suggest a new time rather than rush the cut.
Changing plans
Example policy: let the shop know a few hours ahead so someone else can take the chair.
