House cleaning, room by room

A clear list of what gets cleaned, so you know what to expect when you get home.

Weekly, every other week, or once. Every visit follows the same written checklist, and anything outside it is agreed in advance.

How to prepare for a visit

  1. Pick up loose items. Clothes, toys and papers off floors and counters let us spend the time on cleaning.
  2. Tell us about access. Gate codes, parking, a key lockbox, or whether someone will be home.
  3. Mention pets. Let us know if a pet should stay in one room, or if anyone is allergic to a product.
  4. Point out priorities. If one room matters most this week, say so and we'll start there.
  5. Leave water and power on. Especially for move-out cleans, after you've handed back other keys.

Not included

So there are no surprises on the day. Some can be quoted separately.

Service area

Example service area

These neighborhoods are examples for this portfolio concept. A real business would list the areas it actually covers; this demo does not check addresses.

Regular visits

  • Linden Park
  • Harbor Heights
  • Old Mill
  • Briar Glen

One-time and move-out only

  • Eastgate
  • South Commons

Example rule: addresses outside these areas are reviewed one at a time before a visit is offered.
