Mowing, edging and cleanup on a schedule that fits the season.
A residential crew for front and back yards. Every visit leaves walks, drives and beds clear of clippings.

Each visit
The same three steps, in this order.
-
Mowing
Cut at a height set for your grass type and the season, alternating direction each visit to avoid ruts.
-
Edging & trimming
Hard edges along sidewalks and the driveway; string trimming around beds, fences, trees and mailboxes.
-
Cleanup
Clippings blown off walks, drives and patios. Gates closed and latched before we leave.
Schedule
Pick a rhythm. You can change it between visits.
Weekly
For peak growing months, when grass grows fastest.
Every two weeks
For early spring, late fall, or slower-growing lawns.
One-time
Before a move, an event, or after a stretch of rain. Overgrown lawns are quoted individually.
Example season: visits run from early April through late October. Rain days move to the next open day.
Service area
Example
Example neighborhoods for this concept — a real business would list its own.
- Maple Ridge
- Westbrook
- Hollow Creek
- Elm Station
- Lakeview South
Hedge and shrub trimming like this is available as an add-on, quoted with the lawn.
How we quote
Four things set the price of a visit.
- Mowable area
- Measured from the property map, not the full lot size.
- Obstacles
- Beds, trees, play sets and fences add trimming time.
- Slope & access
- Steep banks or narrow gates may need a push mower.
- Frequency
- Weekly visits cost less each time than every-two-weeks.
| Mowable area | Weekly | Every two weeks |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 5,000 sq ft | $40 | $48 |
| 5,000–10,000 sq ft | $55 | $65 |
| 10,000–20,000 sq ft | $75 | $88 |
